Finally, A Winning Home Record
And it only took 73 games (38 home games), past the middle of June, and 10 innings against Seattle last night to for the Padres to finally have a 500 home record (19-19). Nobody said Petco was an easy place to play. I love this team.Peavy was on last night against our apparent inter-league rival, the hated and despised Seattle Mariners. I curious to see if Jake, also known as Alabama, had shoulder pain or if he was listening to advise and not throwing all out on every pitch. Either way, nice to see Peavy pitch well. If only the Padres could get some hits, but well, that probably asking too much.
Anyway, PM is back on the saddle.
